Purchasing & supplier portal
Your suppliers quote, confirm and ship on their own page.
No more chasing prices and tracking numbers by email. Suppliers answer in their language, send shipping notices before the truck leaves and upload their invoices. Your buyers see every answer next to the order.

Answers in days, not weeks
Suppliers quote and confirm from a link, in their language.
Know what is coming
Shipping notices list cartons, batches and pallets before the truck leaves.
Pay only for what came
Invoices are held when they bill more or dearer than ordered or received.
Choose better suppliers
A scorecard of on time, in full, quality and claims for each.
From quote to paid invoice
Every step with the supplier in one record
1
Ask for quotes
One request to several suppliers, emailed with an Excel sheet and a reply link.
2
Compare offers
Prices in your currency, with freight and duty added, packs and minimums rounded.
3
Order and confirm
The supplier confirms quantity, price and date. Short or late? You decide, with a reason kept.
4
Shipping notice
Cartons, pallets, batches and serials before the truck leaves. Your labels go on the boxes.
5
Receive and check
Scanned against the notice. Damage photos turn into a claim by themselves.
6

Their invoice is held when it bills more or dearer than you ordered or received.

Comparing offers
See the real price before you order
Offers in any currency are shown in yours, with freight and duty added, rounded to the supplier's packs and minimums. After delivery, every batch carries its landed cost, so your margins are true.
Two ways in for suppliers

Reply links
A quote request or a purchase order comes with its own link. The supplier fills in prices, packs, lead times or the confirmation and presses Send. The link shows only that request or order and stops working when it's done.
Code by email
The supplier's own page
For suppliers you work with every week. They sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email and see all their orders, send shipping notices, invoices and price lists, and write to your buyers. Their device is remembered for 30 days.
On the supplier page
What suppliers can do there
Shipping notices
Cartons, quantities, batches, expiry dates, serial numbers and pallets. The notice builds your inbound shipment and prints your package labels for them.
Invoices and papers
Packing lists, certificates and invoices go on the notice. An uploaded invoice becomes a draft you check against the order.
Price lists
A new price list waits until your buyer accepts it, or rejects it with an answer the supplier sees.
Messages per order
One conversation per order or quote, with files, also in the Messenger on their phone. It goes to the buyer who placed the order, not a shared inbox.
Their scorecard
On time, in full, quality and claims over the last months. Share it with the supplier if you choose; they see only their own.
In their language
Emails, pages and the Excel sheets in the language you set for each supplier.
Messages
Every supplier conversation next to its order
Suppliers write about an order or a quote from their own page or the Messenger; the message goes to the buyer who placed the order. Your buyers can start a conversation too — about a purchase order, a delay or a new price list.
- One conversation per order or quote, with files
- In the supplier's language
- Messages show in the order's history
- Notifications on phones for both sides
Kept from suppliers
Suppliers see their own orders. Nothing else.
- Your clients' names and addresses
- Your sale prices and margins
- Other suppliers and their offers
- Your stock
- Your target prices, unless you choose to show them
- Your clients' own item codes
Supplier connections
Search your suppliers' catalogs from your own screen
Connect a supplier's API once. Your buyers search their live catalog next to yours, add a product with one click and put it straight on a draft order. Added products keep their prices fresh.

Questions
What people ask before they start
Do suppliers need an account?
No. Reply links work without one; the supplier page uses a 6-digit code sent to their email.
Can suppliers see our other suppliers or our clients?
No. They see only their own requests and orders — never your clients, sale prices, stock or other offers.
What if a supplier ships less or later?
You decide — wait, order elsewhere or cancel — and the reason stays on the order for the scorecard.
Can our buyers search a supplier's own catalog?
Yes, when the supplier has an API: connect it once and search their live catalog next to yours.
Bring your suppliers in
Start with reply links; give the supplier page to the ones you work with most.
