3PL & fulfilment
Run many clients in one warehouse, without the spreadsheets.
Every client gets their own rules, their own portal and their own invoice. Your team gets phones that scan, a task board and one page that shows what needs doing today.
| Client | Currency | Pallets | Second check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acme Imports | USD | 212 | Always |
| Bayou Foods | CAD | 148 | Spot checks |
| Gulf Coast Electronics | EUR | 96 | Always |
| Volga Home | GBP | 57 | Trusted pickers |
Clients see it themselves
Stock, orders, photos and invoices in their own portal — fewer calls and emails to your office.
The right goods leave
Every pick is scanned against the order and can be checked twice before hand-over.
Every service billed
Storage and handling are counted from the stock movements, by each client's rules.
New clients in a day
Rules, prices, language and currency per client; goods and packing lists from their Excel.
What changes
From the dock to the invoice, each step leaves a record
Receive against the list
Packing lists and serials arrive before the truck. The phone checks each box against them and asks for a photo of anything damaged.
Put away with a shelf check
Scan the shelf label or type its check digits, so goods are never somewhere in aisle 4.
Pick first-to-expire
Reservations follow expiry dates, pick runs group orders, and a second check before hand-over can be set per client.
Pallets, cartons, kits
Mixed pallets move and count as one; boxes in cartons on pallets at any depth; kits built and taken apart on the phone.
Deliver and prove it
Drivers follow their trip in the app, take a photo and a signature, and the customer watches the truck on a live map.
Bill storage your way
Per pallet, per cell, per day or per month, each client in their own currency; invoices made for you at period end.
Control tower
Know by 7 a.m. what needs you today
One page shows what ships today, what is late and what has been stuck too long at any step — with a link to exactly those orders. Put it on a TV in the warehouse, and managers get a morning email only when something needs them.
| Service | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Pallet storage | 4,410 pallet-days | C$3,528.00 |
| Orders picked | 212 orders | C$636.00 |
| Receiving | 38 pallets | C$304.00 |
Billing
Bill every pallet-day without counting by hand
Storage is replayed day by day from the stock movements, by each client's own rules — per pallet, per cell, per order or per month, in the client's currency. A period is never billed twice, and the client sees the invoice in the portal.
On the floor
Any phone becomes a scanner
No special hardware to buy: the camera reads barcodes and labels, Bluetooth scanners work too. If the Wi-Fi drops in the back of the warehouse, the phone keeps working and sends the scans when it's back.
Your clients
Fewer where is my order calls
Invite clients to their own portal. They see stock by batch and expiry, request deliveries from what's free now, answer damage reports and download their invoices, in English, French, German or Russian.
| Item | Batch | Expiry | Free |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cajun spice mix 250 g | B-2207 | 2027-06 | 1,240 |
| Hot sauce 150 ml | B-2231 | 2027-01 | 860 |

Messages
Every client conversation in one place
Clients write to you from their portal or the Messenger on their phone; brokers and end customers write from a shipment link. Your team sees every conversation, takes one with a click, and answers with files — no lost emails, no private inboxes.
- One thread per client, shared by your team
- Messages arrive at once, with a sound and on phones
- Take it marks who is answering
- Today shows clients waiting for an answer

Getting started
Up and running without a project team
1
Look around with sample data
Open the app with a ready-made story — clients, orders, trucks and invoices — to see how a day works.
2
Follow the getting started list
Main currency, time zone, your warehouse and its cells, labels, people: the list shows what is done and what is next.
3
Bring your goods in from Excel
Upload goods and packing lists from your own spreadsheets; you see a preview before anything is saved.
4
Invite your people
Office staff, warehouse workers, drivers, clients and suppliers each get their own screens in their own language.
Questions
What people ask before they start
Can every client have different prices and rules?
Yes. Billing rules, second checks before hand-over, receiving photos, language and currency are set per client.
Do we need special scanners?
No. Any phone camera reads barcodes and labels; Bluetooth and handheld scanners work too. Phones keep working when the Wi-Fi drops.
Can clients see each other's goods?
Never. Each client sees only its own stock, orders, photos and invoices, and you can make a client private even inside your office.
Several warehouses?
Yes, with transfers between them, whole pallets included, and stock on the way shown to the receiving warehouse.
See it with your own clients
Start with sample data, or set up your own warehouse and a couple of clients.
