Wholesale with sales reps

Let reps set the price. Keep your margin.

Reps sell from an app on their phone, with live stock and your minimum price on every item. You see each order's outcome, approve only the ones below your minimum, and pay commission on what customers actually paid.

Your margin is protected

Minimum prices on every item; orders below them wait for approval.

Reps sell anywhere

Catalog, live stock, prices and orders on their phone.

Commission without spreadsheets

Worked out per order, earned when the customer pays, paid by statement.

No fights over customers

The first rep to bring a customer serves them; the rest wait in line.

How it works

Fair to the rep, safe for the company

1

You set minimum prices

By rule: cost plus a %, quantity tiers, per customer group or per customer. The most specific rule wins.

2

The rep sets the sale price

Some lines may go below the minimum, as long as the whole order still earns your minimum.

3

Prices lock at confirmation

Minimums and the commission rate are copied onto the order, so later price changes never rewrite it.

4

Earned when the customer pays

A share of the margin above your minimums. Returns adjust it on the goods the customer kept.

Reps never see your cost or your real margin, only the minimum price.

Rep app

A catalog that sells, in every rep's pocket

Reps browse your goods by folder or search, see what is free now and what is coming, and add to the order in one tap. Each line starts at a price above your minimum, special prices apply by themselves, and price lists go to customers as Excel or print.

For the office

Approve only what needs approving

Orders that earn your minimum go straight to the warehouse. The rest wait for an Admin or Sales manager, with each line's discount shown.

Everything a sales team runs on

Customers and waiting lists

The first rep to bring a customer serves them; others queue. Customers inactive for months go back to the list.

Special prices and agreements

Standing prices with an end date, signed purchase agreements, prices shown in the customer's portal too.

Monthly statements

Each rep's earnings, held and paid amounts, plus a payroll file for your accountant.

Signed commission plans

Your plan text with each rep's numbers filled in, versioned and signed before statements are paid.

Chat with customers

Reps and their customers write in the Messenger; Sales managers can read along and step in.

Returns from the field

Reps start a return with photos; the warehouse receives it into the original batch and the credit note follows.

Messages

Reps and customers talk in one place you can see

Customers write to their rep from the portal; the rep answers from the Messenger on the phone. Sales managers can read every conversation and step in when needed, so nothing depends on one person's phone.

  • Customer conversations stay with the company
  • Sales managers read along and can reply
  • Notifications on the rep's phone
  • Requests waiting for an answer are flagged

Getting started

Up and running without a project team

1

Look around with sample data

Open the app with a ready-made story — clients, orders, trucks and invoices — to see how a day works.

2

Follow the getting started list

Main currency, time zone, your warehouse and its cells, labels, people: the list shows what is done and what is next.

3

Bring your goods in from Excel

Upload goods and packing lists from your own spreadsheets; you see a preview before anything is saved.

4

Invite your people

Office staff, warehouse workers, drivers, clients and suppliers each get their own screens in their own language.

Questions

What people ask before they start

Do reps see our cost?

No. Reps see only the minimum price you set; your cost and real margin stay in the office.

When is commission earned?

When the customer pays the invoice — partly paid, partly earned. Returns adjust it on what the customer kept.

Can a rep give a discount on one line?

Yes, as long as the whole order still earns your minimum; otherwise a Sales manager approves it.

Do reps need to install anything?

No. They sign in with their email in the phone's browser and can add it to the home screen.

Give your reps the app this week

Reps sign in with their email; nothing to install from a store.
