Your reps sell from their phones. The commission adds itself up.
Reps see stock, their customers and the minimum price for each item. Orders that still earn your minimum need no approval. Commission is a share of the margin above your minimums, earned when the customer pays.

Every change recorded. Every release signed.
New batches wait blocked until a qualified person signs the release. Returns wait in quarantine. A temperature excursion holds the batches that were in that fridge until someone decides, with a signature.

A supplier portal, so nobody chases email
Suppliers answer quote requests and confirm orders from a link, or sign in to their own page with a code by email. They send shipping notices with cartons, batches and pallets before the truck leaves, upload invoices and price lists, and message the buyer on each order. They never see your clients, your sale prices or other suppliers.

Clients, suppliers, sales reps and people you shared a shipment with write to you in one Messenger. Messages arrive at once with a sound, you see when someone is typing, and anyone can take a conversation.
